Wireless Vehicle Detector Kit - No Hose
Monitor vehicle traffic without the use of a driveway hose. Vehicles are detected when they drive past the PVC detector coil, the transmitter box will send a signal to the receiver chime located up to ½ a mile away. Perfect for driveways with snow plowing, monitoring heavy trucks, forklifts and anywhere that a driveway hose cannot be used.
The PVC detector coil can be mounted adjacent to the driveway as long as it is within 10' of distance of the moving vehicles. The PVC detector coil can simply be mounted to a fence post, on the side of a building, or even to a tree as long as it is within 10' of the vehicles being monitored. It can also be buried under the driveway and detect vehicles passing over it. If is buried under the driveway we recommend sleeving the driveway with a 2" diameter length of PVC tubing and sliding our PVC detector inside that 2" PVC sleeve. It needs to be buried parallel to the direction of traffic for best results.
The wireless chime produces a soft ring and has a built-in volume control. The chime plugs into an ordinary electrical outlet. The black transmitter box operates off four AA batteries. The receiver will play one of four different tunes that are selected at the transmitter so that different zones can be distinguished.

Wireless Motion Detector Chime Kit
Monitor vehicle traffic and pedestrians without the use of a driveway hose. Vehicles and pedestrians are detected when they pass in front of the sensor and the signal is sent to the receiver chime located up to ½ a mile away.
Use on driveways that require snow plowing, have heavy truck traffic, for monitoring forklift traffic, and anywhere that a driveway hose cannot be used.
The sensor detects movement up to 50' in front of it and rings the chime each time the movement is detected. The sensor has a sensitivity adjustment knob that allows you to increase or decrease the depth of monitoring in front of the sensor. High-Voltage Kit - Milton
This kit is designed to work on very long driveways using a high voltage connection (110V) between the remote switch and signal bell. The remote switch is usually located next to the driveway that is being monitored and is connected to directly to the end of the driveway hose. The signal bell is located where it can be heard which is usually inside of a building.
The remote switch and bell will need to be connected using high-voltage (110V) wiring that is not included with this kit.
This high-voltage kit includes:
- One Milton 827 remote controlled signal bell – This bell works with the Milton remote switch and cannot have a driveway hose connected directly to the bell.
- One Milton 825 remote switch - This unit is pictured as the silver rectangular weather-proof box in the picture on the left.

You can add as many chimes to your existing system as needed. The chimes have a 12V DC output that can be utilized to power a low-voltage light or bell.

Wireless Transmitter
Replacement wireless transmitter. This transmitter is compatible with any of our wireless kits as a replacement or to moritor an additional driveway. You can monitor as many driveways as you like with a single driveway chime and multiple transmitters. Transmission distance is approximately 600'. The transmitter has a small length of tubing on the bottom that you connect your driveway hose to by pushing it onto the tubing.

Hose Splicer / Repair
Brass hose splicer / hose barb used for connecting or splicing any of our driveway hose. The hose splicer works with all of the 3/8" inside diameter hose that we sell and does not need hose clamps to keep it connected. Just push it into each end of the hose that you want to splice together and the ridges will keep it from seperating. You can use this splicer to reconnect two pieces of hose after cutting out a damaged piece of hose.
